Per Dynotech they are longer than RPM's
Rpm's are about 2" center pin to center pin

Klein arms are: front 2.400"
rear 2.540"

I am trying to get my car to the max ROAR legal width of 9.84". Currently at 9.250" front and rear width using RPM rears and long shafts and long arms up front.

Dan
Just measured mine at 9.875 on the front. face to face my RC-10 is as wide as my B4.

Re: Dynotech Arms Q -some issues during installation....

Post by dspy8083 »

I just received and installed my Klein Arms and they are outstanding. I am totally pleased with them. Couple issues to address:

1. Stock RC10 front inner hinge pins are too short (what hinge pins to use?)
2. Previously using B4 rear hub carriers with RPM RC10 arms and B4 CVA's. Now the B4 hub carriers are too far outboard. What hub carriers will bring in the CVD further into the output drive at the tranny? (When suspension is fully unsprung (down) the dog bone falls out. It needs to go in about a 3/16" or so)
3. Front stock RC10 mounts were too narrow so I had to use spacers. Is there a better front suspension mount?

1. Stock RC10 front inner hinge pins are too short (what hinge pins to use?

-- RC10T hinge pins

-- You will need B44 rear CVAs with RPM RC10T bearing carriers

70272 RC10T Bearing Carriers

3. Front stock RC10 mounts were too narrow so I had to use spacers. Is there a better front suspension mount?

-- You will need a RC10T nose plate and bulkhead. You will also need a different style shock tower from a RC10T or an RPM Worlds style.

7305 RC10T Nose Plate(NOS)
7207 RC10T Bulkhead

-- If this is for a graphite car, you will need to cut the nose. Refer to Scr8ps car in the what old is new thread.

If you have no already read through the Whats old is new thread I would recommend it.

I am using the stock RC10 rear hubs with the RPM world's arms and B44 cva's. Works just fine.
