I would be up for one. I hope your idea pans out but the realist in me doesn't see how it would be worth MIP's time for 30+ kits

If we can get 1991 Tower pricing I am definitely in.

Seriously though, did the Legend kit give you all that was needed to run 4wd short of extra front rims/tires? And is it for the 6 gear tranny? If yes and yes (and reasonably priced) I may have to find a way to fund this.
The preceding contained opinions, beliefs and thoughts that all may not agree with. No offense was intended at any point. Carry on.

Actually, I'd be up for a couple of these kits.

All right guys, it's starting to get serious now. I need to get closer to a "real" number so I need all parties interested to PM me. In that PM you need to simply state one of three things, very serious, semi-serious, or undecided. the title of the PM should read, "your screename: MIP kit". That way I can keep up with each member involved and not loose track of someones info/request.

Definitions of responses to be given:
1. Very serious ~ meaning you WILL buy one.
2. Semi-serious ~ meaning you will buy one if the price is right and have the money at that time.
3. Undecided ~ meaning you are interested but most likely would not buy one unless the price was so cheap you just couldn't help it.

Don't break your neck trying to get a PM to me but please don't wait to long as I need to get some more info to MIP.

Best regards,
Daddeo

Can you please get an approximate price, it does matter to a lot of members and definitely for me. Depending on whether it is $200 or $300 or more makes a big difference to what my response is. Also I'm not getting involved in anything that remotely resembles the type of deal that we have been subjected to over the last 8 to 10 months with the JRX2 bodies that is just now getting finally resolved. If money is to be sent to a member in good faith in order for this deal to happen then sorry you aren't even getting my PM. If I lose out then ok, but this is jumping too fast over some steps that need to be clarified for this to look like a good safe deal. Just my .02.

Is this conversion for the original 6 gear or the 2.25 Stealth?

I understand your concern and will find out a.s.a.p. what they estimate the price to be.

In response to the other concern:
I assure each and everyone involved with this deal that no "pre-payments" or payments will be required by me or to me. I'm only trying to get this to materialize for those of us that would really like one of these kits for the sake of preservation, running, or whatever tickles your fancy to do with it. Everything is and will remain above-board with this deal. If the situation arises where orders are placed and people back out I will take the full brunt of the blow to keep from spoiling our wonderful hobby and our reputation within the industry. If anyone has any questions or reservations about anything going on with this please feel free express yourself.

No worries, we wouldn't allow it any ways..... just a reminder to all whom might not have seen the new BST rule.

If this gets any more serious, you watch, there will be rash of them listed on ebay and I guarantee that we will have some new members.
