i `ve seen this threat today the first time. Also it`s the first time i hear something about this car. This could be a nice base for a Euro GT / World GT car. Are you willing to share the data of YOUR prototype ?

Hi Klaus,
If you want to have a T-bar car, take a RC10LSS, RC10LSO, RC10L2O or RC10L3T and you'll have a World GT size car. Not a single World GT body fits RC10LC chassis. It's too short and too wide.

Hi Nikki,
thanks for your advice. At the Moment i own one RC10L and some parts which wait to built a second one.
But now i know at least which direction to show for the Euro / World GT route.
I was deeply impressed from your work and got this " want to have" feeling
Found this nice pic of a RC10LC:

I never left, just put down the controllers for a while, been racing unlimited speedway karts, I still lurk to keep an eye on all of you though
So was Jim Deiter the first to use the side shock setup in a pro10 style car?

Nice looking car "PBR Allstar". I remember seeing it before.
I'm going to use no-rebound side shocks to get easier tweak setup. Common history with Delta 3-shock pancars and my friends note guided me for this.
Really interesting pictures "littleVETTE". Thanks for these.
Do anyone have video footage...?

Really nice pictures.
Brings back memories of that worlds where I was attending as a mechanic for a friend who drove HPI prototype.
Are you sure on the winner of concours? From what I remember the guy with the #7 body was winning concours but I don´t know who this is and never found information afterwards. Regarding Joel Johnson´s car this had been a prototype using saddle pack batteries where most other Trinity cars were still using inline position. Other than that the cars were quite the same.
The picture showing Mike Walker is really interesting for me also. We were pitting at the Trinity camp with Dave Irrgang and some unknown guys at the next table. Now it seems one of them had been Mike Walker, I never knew before how he looked like.

Re: RC10LC - IFMAR 1996 On-Road Worlds Special
The January 1999 issue shows the RC10L3T on page 56, and on page 57 a RC10L3 On-Road car is shown (below the RC12L3 Oval) that has a wide rear pod and wide chassis.Niki wrote:I have never noticed that - in which issue?
Text reads:
The RC10L3 Sport Touring and Team touring cars on the previous page have part no. 8030 and 8035, respectively.Associated RC10L3 On-Road
The new 10L3 uses much of the same technology as the newly released 10L3O oval car. It features a revised rear suspension using the new Associated VCS shocks. A VCS Macro shock handles the up and down damping, while VCS micro shocks handle side-to-side damping.Part no. 8017
- New rear suspension
- VCS Macro main shock
- VCS Micro side shocks
- Dynamic-strut front suspension
- Aluminum hubs
- Graphite rear axle
- Ball differential
- Jaco foam tires
$285
I'll post some pictures later.

You are absolutely right. I've totally missed that.
Maybe I'll draw a new upper pod plate and convert my L2 to that.
