XX Kinwald
Picked this up off EBAY not knowing it was a Kinwald actually. It is pretty rough but with all the new graphite parts I just put on my regualr XX I certainly could create an almost new Kinwald between the two. Hmmmmmm? One thing of note, the rear graphite arms on the Kinwald are different than the rear graphite arms which I bought for the regular XX. Different hole patterns as shown.

Re: XX Kinwald
The arms on your last picture seems to be from a XXX, for sure it will fit perfectly the XX, but with an extra sway bar hole.

Re: XX Kinwald
That makes sense, but they did not fit perfectly. It has two holes for the hub carrier, if you put the hub on the outside hole , the driveshafts are not long enough.
The inside hole works fine and is same width and cleared the stock wheels but the extrra sticking off for the 2nd hole would not clear the 5 star XX rims. A little dremel solved that. Just an FYI.

Re: XX Kinwald
So, they are not only XXX arms, but XXX BK2 with the VLA.
About shocks, no worries, thay are exactly the same, fore sure, excepted the Golden shock shafts.
The blue rear springs of the Kinwald, was in fact a set of pink, painted in blue to complete the blue package.

Re: XX Kinwald
I'll see what's left after I combine all my XX's and parts. I will probably take the kinwald parts off this one and transfer to my near perfect XX I just completed with graphite CR suspension.
I have to figure out which one will get the new graphite chassis from EBAY now that I learned it is the shorter "tuning" version.
