Brushed motor? NiMH batteries? LRP QC3? I would run into a burning building and save you just to look at this car in person.

Black tub "sport kit" GT. Bottom of the line for the time. Looks to be in decent shape. That battery placement is...unique.

HPI used what appeared to be a stealth slipper on the RS4 MT truck. You can still get the thrust washer set on ebay. HPI A223 is the part number.

That's a dead ringer for the one I have in storage. Except yours is complete. Is that the Associated or Integy nose plate? Yea battery location is tricky. Yes that's my truck, been sitting in storage waiting for some action.

That's my plan eventually. Just curious if there was a front piece to go with it.

Anybody have a clue on this GT part? Combo motor mount/arm mount. Missing the front section and not sure who makes it.

That's a good idea for the battery. I ended up mounting a GT2 battery box on my setup.
