Re: Oople 2012 Vintage Cougar racer

As you probably know Mark, I'm no Schumacher fan  but that does look great.
Love the white chassis
You going to be racing it?

Re: JRX-2 cheater + JRX Pro

I hadn't seen that one - cheers. Will have a read.
Raced against DerbyDan at the recent Iconic RC Revival - but neither of us were using JRX-2's.

JRX-2 cheater + JRX Pro

Having had a JRX-2 back in the day and having a few other vintage cars I decided to get one. Was a bit of a mess but tidied up okay. I then decided I wanted to drive it but I have nightmares thinking back to the problems I had with the original gearbox (seemed to be forever eating diff thrust races)...

Re: Pro X help needed

Thanks guys. Hmm, don't know what I've got then. Labelled as SST-19 but they are definitely a larger diameter than the ones that are in the box. Won't actually fit in the gearbox recess so they must be wrong. I'm guessing they might actually be the Rampage Pro ones? SST-34. They look like they are b...

It's all about retro racing

Hi Everyone,
Been reading this forum for a while so decided it was time to join.
Been in the hobby since '86 so coming up to my 30th anniversary in November

I race modern stuff in the UK, but vintage stuff too.
Not got too many photos of my cars, but here's some of them.

Cheers

Pro X help needed

Hi Guys, Been racing vintage for a while now but only just joined the forum, and I some help so clear up the confusion I have on sorting out my Pro X project. In the manual, the gearbox output gears are listed as SST-06 with SST-19 in brackets. I appreciate info is a bit sketchy on these but I've sc...
