Going to look at a more modern offroader with better tuning/parts availability. Plus this truck is far too pretty for me to ruin it.

RC10T Racing Modifications

Hey all, I'm thinking of joining the newly started stadium truck class in my local club with my RC10T. What parts should I change to make it more durable/modern. To give an idea, the track will also host the 1/8th buggy/truggy/e-buggy classes so I would imagine the jumps will be bigger than normal. ...

Re: MIP 4X4 kit for the RC10 - GAUGING INTEREST ONLY

I voted. It would be interesting to get one. Though I would only want to pay about $100 - $150. I'm still recovering from my Buggy Champ purchase and I have to save up for the "rumor" release of Sand Scorcher :)

Losi/Kyosho Front Hub + Steering knuckle withbearings inside

Has anyone tried the front hub+steering knuckle from Losi/Kyosho? I like the idea of the bears in the hub inside of the wheels, or are they not that popular yet?

I have these but not sure how good they are as the plate is attached via only screws with copper plate with no bearings.

Think of it this way, you can keep this and find another chassis on Ebay :)

Re: My first RC10 Gold Tub!

There should be a small brass or copper shim that is sandwiched between the rack and bellcrank I think I lost those pieces when I was cleaning the buggy a year ago. I'm really debating, about how I should go about restoring the gold tub. I'm never going to run it. It will be display along with that...

Re: "A" Bottom stamp Chassis

It's already beat up so might as well just customize it. As others have suggested, you can easily find another one on Ebay for a fair price.

Re: NIP Edinger Parts

I need to find something like this in LHS where they sell off all these nifty parts :)

I was lucky to find some Tamiya parts I was looking for when LHS was clearing out old items but I was really never into RC10s ..until now

Im sure you got the original black spoke wheels for your Egress! I got the vintage 2.0 yellow wide wheels with the original spike tires. Found some cracks on the...

Re: My first RC10 Gold Tub!

I'm rebuilding the gold tub now with my left over white parts, but I forgot how the steering assembly goes on. I am pretty sure it's a MIP steering. I find it odd that the plate that connects the two bellcranks are done via screws and there's no bearing for them?

Re: My first RC10 Gold Tub!

How can I go on preserving these tires?

I'm planning on converting the chassis to run modern tires anyways, these tires will either go in storage, fs, or back on display for the gold tub

I can't help but add some Team Associated Blue to it :) And if you are wondering, my painting skill isn't that good.
