Re: Graphite chassis id

I have no idea on that one, I’m surprised no one else has chipped in on this thread yet.

Re: Hello from Devon, UK

Welcome to the board from a fellow UK member 👍 That has got to be up there with the best RC10 deals ever 😎 Give it a good clean with hot water and washing up liquid and then you’ll get a better idea on what you’re starting with. I don’t think there are any easy remedies for scratches on the chassis ...

Even more likely to be a TQ10, the shape is the big giveaway, this is my TQ10 so you can compare:-

Re: Graphite chassis id

Here’s my guess for what it’s worth and testing myself a little too. I’m going to say on the left AE or TQ10. My eyes are not quite good enough to tell by the photo but I’ll go with TQ10 because if it was AE it would likely be milked into the top and you’d know. I’m confident the middle is a Composi...

Astute to Truck

Does anyone know if there are any readily available wheels that I can use to convert an Astute to a truck?

Re: Vintage RC market predictions -

I certainly think that plays a big part in the current increase in prices. I also think the vintage race scene has increased in a big way in the UK over the last couple of years. I only need to think back 7 years or so and there was next to no vintage only events, now there seems to be many to choos...

Re: Converting Futaba FP-T3PB to 2.4?

Well I’ve found the correct module thanks to Dom79 with RX on eBay so it’s hopefully on it way, fingers crossed there is nothing wrong with the TX as I was unable to test it other than turning it on and checking the lights 🤞

Brushed Motor Maintenance

A question to you guys running modified brushed motors. Once you have stripped, cleaned, possibly cut coms and rebrushed how are you setting your timing if you do not have a dyno? I’ve got quite a few little used Trinity D3s and D3.5s and I’d like to race with them but want to be able to keep them i...

That’s brilliant, thank you, I shall go and search now as it doesn’t appear to be available on Amazon UK.

Re: we all have big toys too don't we? show off your ride!

I’ve had this a few years now, a 2012 103.

What with Associated, Losi and Harley’s I’m convinced I was born in the wrong country!

Converting Futaba FP-T3PB to 2.4?

So I’ve read all I can find on the topic of converting a Futaba Magnum PCM 1024 FP-T3PB to 2.4. Unfortunately the threads that I have found are all a little aged and none of the modules discussed appear to be available.

Is there a drop in module available now to perform this upgrade?

Thank you.

Velvet Shocks

Hello All,

So I’m after some information on a set of Velvet shocks (pictured) that I got in a bundle buy quite sometime ago.

I’m guessing they were OEM fit to RB5s/ZX5s?

Am I able to get a rebuild kit and alternative springs/pistons and if so where can they be sourced?

Thank you.
