Re: The RC10 4wd (or how AE stole the Ten4 project)

After a lot of thought, not buying the new RC10 4wd. I have the Factory Works 4wd car and love the machined parts on it. Now, when the MIP 4wd re-re arrives, I’m still very interested.

I love having the Factory Works hop-up parts for the upcoming AE 4wd car.

I like the machined parts of the Factory Works car better.

This new AE 4wd RC10 seems to be the MIP car. Is AE in partnership with MIP on this car? Will there be a different RC10 4wd car released by MIP?

I absolutely love the vintage focus, re-releases, and vintage support!

I love MIP products but I can’t take another elaborate release of a MIP wrench again.

GoMachV wrote: Tue Jun 25, 2024 9:06 pm No, it is too far out to know but it should be less than it was 10 years ago. The same AE requirements will be there and the prices there might be quite a bit higher. Luckily we have FanRC. His diffs will be perfect and cost far less.
I’ll buy one of your MIP 4wd kits! 😃

Re: The dog thread

Our Audrey passed away tonight. We were getting ready for bed, going out to potty. She turned around to come back in and stood in front of my wife and just passed out. Couldn't get he breathing again. Took her to the emergency vet, but she was gone. Having her cremated. Very sorry for your loss. My...

Re: Ten4 parts list

A good portion of the parts have been discontinued. You would need to search ebay or alternative sites for some pieces. It's a long shot but I have been working on a ten4.1. I DO NOT KNOW 100% THAT IT WILL HAPPEN AND WILL NOT COMMIT TO IT, but it is a current project I'm trying to get sorted with m...

Re: Retro turnbuckles

I found a source for Lunsford / RCPS style turnbuckles fitting RC10. I just wish they also made thicker turnbuckles in the same style for vintage racers.

Re: MIP 4-10 rumor #63, this time maybe it's real?

1/4" speed bit driver handle!!!!! sorry guys but I'm excited for it. I have honestly been hoping they would make one for years now. While I have always liked MIP parts and tools, if this video announcement turns out to be about a new wrench it’s simply too much hype for the reveal. Don’t “jump...
