Re: best way to pinstripe?
Its been around for ages, enamal sign painters/stripers paint. Sticks to just about anything, flows well and is cheap. House of Kolors also has their line but the most popular is One Shot.

A tip when using water based paint----air flow helps more then heat to dry this paint. If its cold out you will have to add heat but remember the air flow!

Re: BBT Sprints
Be careful with the silicon, even food grade. There are a few tires i have over saturated and sealed up and they expanded twice their size. I have only seen this with TQ front tires that were overly dry. A day outside brought them back to original size.
Just a nice thin coat is all you need.

Very very nice, white looks sweet. A few years back someone built a pretty milled up white chassis car, always loved it. I cant seem to find the thread now.

Re: Graphite or Gold Pan Chassis - What's more desirable?
I have had in person discussions with Ruffy long before this thread started and I can say that I do agree with the statement that most like the tub better then the graphite cars. That being said, I had seen some comments through out this thread about shelving the graphite cars. The cars are not huge...

I would have to agree at this point that the "Built by Mayfield" sales pitch is not going to add to the value of the car.
