Which gear(s) do you need specifically? Only the one which meshes with the pinion on the motor? Or everything in the UM-1 package?

All else being equal, toe-out in the rear would make the car more loose.

I'm running one and I think it helps, but I'm also running a square tire set-up and a decent amount of toe-out in front. I got a really good deal on it on the 'bay.

$17.95 in 1988 is equivalent to $37 today, adjusting for inflation. OUCH.

I wish they offered these things un-anodized. It sucks to have to live with a bright blue or orange motor can hanging out the back of your buggy if your particular chosen color scheme doesn't jibe with it. (I realize most modern cars have mid-mounted motors hidden by the body, but still...)

Does this mean that future turbo Optimas and Ultimas are going to be brushless as well??

Why are foam inserts included for the rear tires only (according to the Kyosho UK site)?

I wonder if it will have two different sets of tires - vintage & modern.
