I’m in the same boat as Brendan, but I’m looking to run modern electronics but by the traditional companies.
I know early Schumacher teams ran LRP, but what were they running for a motor?… Reedy?

Re: Alternativ Uses For a Losi 1/10 Slider
Agreed. Good idea.
Still would like to entertain the concept especially since ebaying while deployed to Afganistan can be a pain in the ass.

Alternativ Uses For a Losi 1/10 Slider
Purchased a 1/10 Losi Slider a couple of years ago with the intention of doing some dirt oval. These years later it still hasn't seen any battery time. Not really in a position to do some oval right now, especially with a model no longer produced. Have any of you ever converted a Slider for other us...

Re: T3 Body On B3
I've had a B4 body set on top of my buggy. With my rear shock tops inside the side number plates on the body it looks like I could use the body post on my rear shock tower. The length looked alright, I just need a way of mounting the front of the body. I am not familiar with the T3, but I'm sure the...

T3 Body On B3
What parts do I need to mount a T3 body on a B3?
I already have the T3 front molded graphite shock tower and front shocks.
Thanks,
-Todd

Re: B2 - B3 mix?
Only two shock holes on my B3 arms. Both front and rear.
If we could see under the body, that would help.

Re: B2 - B3 mix?
Spoke too quick. You are right. those arms are B2. No provisions for sway bars.
Steering turnbuckles are B3.

Re: Old Soldiers Never Die
Thanks, it's holding its own considering the class it races in is a 2WD Open. Last weekend there was even a Schumacer Cat which thankfully blew its belt.
Got to drive a Losi 8ight brush conversion last weekend. Must. . . resist. . . urge. . . to buy. . . new school. . .

Re: Old Soldiers Never Die
IIRC, the B3 Worlds kit was a lower rear shock mount, Deja Vu Tu body, and a wing that attatched to the wing wire AND the rear body post.

Re: Old Soldiers Never Die
Thanks all.
Yea, It gets plenty dusty. Sometimes to the point you can't see the back strait.
We try to keep it watered down but that mud sticks like concrete and it's bone dry half an hour later.

Old Soldiers Never Die
Hello, my name is Todd. I'm from Northeast PA. Thanks to Melvinsarmy for steering me to this site. I started out on oval with my brother Joel in an old school gym run by Marshall's Hilltop Hobbies, running Fox's and Falcon's. Later, when Marshall's got his own outdoor dirt oval, Joel switched to RC1...
