Re: dirt oval discussion
Reg, did you build that body from scratch? Are the dirt oval cars that run late model bodies nowadays set up the same/similar on chassis setups as the EDMs? I ran mostly dirt oval in my youth, but all of the cars were mostly stock buggy form. Just when I thought I was done building RC10s... I have ...

Re: Composite Craft Worlds Car build
The CF panel layup is one long piece with the 30 deg. kickup cooked in this shape during the oven phase. The panel is approx 4 feet long, with the nose kickup going the entire length. There is a lot of waste as the chassis shape cannot be nested for efficiency on the panel, due to the noseplate are...

Um, that may have been made for the RC10 graphite car, which was narrower than the tub car and narrower than a B2 or B3

Re: 1993 Worlds Car
Ruffy, Did you know a Team Driver by the name of Mike Alexander? I believe he was from Texas. I bought him out about 6 or 7 years ago, received a MINT worlds car, with all the arm mounts drilled for set screws so no e-clips were used. He had sent me a ton of Reedy matched batteries, motors, a motor ...

Re: Chassis stamping
If I remember correctly, solely based on the fact I've owned every version of the RC10 since I started racing (except the TQ10 and graphite RC10 6 gear wide arm version): A Stamp - Original RC10 B Stamp - RC10 w/ wide arms, 6 gear tranny (earlier "championship edition" RC10's) C Stamp - Ch...

Re: First Yokomo!! 870c UPDATE 12/27/09
Dont worry, I'm catching up. 2 Worlds cars, 4 Graphite Cars, 1 "Oval" car, 1 Original. Just picked up another Original car for $40 in very nice shape, and just picked up a nice A stamp tub chassis and a graphite chassis with a bunch of misc parts. Think Im going to build a 10T this time th...

Re: Reggie's sole Losi ;)
Oh no problem! BTW, those Blue Tires remind me of when Ofna sold one of their 1/8 buggies with yellow and blue tires...it came with like 2 or 3 sets, all different colors. Too bad Losi's "spec" tire idea only lasted 10 months or so.
