I got the shocks from rc4wd.com. Think they were 80mm. They run nice. The rears I took out the internal spring and used stock torsion bar spring thing. And fronts I'm running the internal shock spring. Works nice and smooth Super champ steering came together great too but never posted more info I gu...

shocks arent mx4, they are associated. mx4 shocks had rounded tops as opposed to the hex cut ones there. and they were a lighter anodizing

i may try and throw the alclad over the clearcoat, on a black base... gonna try it on some scrap plastic ive been painting also with all the same coats ive been doing on primary body

got a pargu chassis in black anodized in the works, and the body also, waiting on decals and other parts, but its coming along. wanted something different than just a box art stock car with blue body and pot metal parts... although i always do love originals too.

Parts have been powder'ed in matt black, came out awesome! assembly gonna start soon, body still a work in progress and pain in the butt. I know the black maybe a little weird for a SRB but i think it will look great.. shocks are gonna be yellow

i use picasa.com which is a good service, and NEVER have a problem, uploading and linking is easy too. hate these photbucket type sites that do that crap.

Got the wheels mounted and letters painted today, came out nice, like the alum wheels alot, they are paulhungf's or whatever is it, the guy that makes the cambered SRB rear ends.
Laid down some black on the body also, gonna let it cure, spray cage red, and clear the heck out of it to look like glass

ive actually looked into getting some paddles molded, similiar to the duratrax/tms ones (large paddles), and it would run about $20 per set, and minimum would be 250 sets, which is right around 5 grand, 250 sets and above the price starts dropping, it was something like 500 for $15 and 1000 for $10 ...
