Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
Can anyone let me know what you think the current value range is for a kit like this? All the AE rereleases are mudding the waters. Somewhere between $1 and $1,000,000 dollars! Sorry Lavigna, rules are the rules. Best bet is to search the bay and everywhere else, make a judgement call, and just ask...

Re: What is it now Team Associated?!
Yup TC8 has arrived. Looks like masami was recruited to help with the tc program first. With that said, Dadio, when can I pre-order a chain drive kit?????

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
^^^Poor driver... he seems to have to visualize the steering wheel. He looks like an American trying to drive a British car. If he was in the UK, he would be on the gun. It's in the US now, he's just waiting for the "steering gun" to be mounted on the left side so he can better info...

Re: Turbo Optima Mid Special Annouced!
Not the last before the lazer, but the best one imo. There were originally six mid kit releases, three short wheelbase and three long. They got it right by re-releasing the first one (optima mid, swb) and now the best full option one (turbo optima mid special -TOMS, lwb). My only gripe with their re...

Re: Losi hits it out of the park again!!!!!!
Losi's main competitor now is traxxas. Its all about that rtr bash life. Yeah, I heard they might be working on some new 1/10 buggies, but without a sponsored driver program to motivate testing, tuning, and winning, it'll never progress.

Re: Turbo Optima Mid Special Annouced!
Yay! I'm definitely getting one of these. I actually like the optima mid line up more than the yokomo 870's.

Re: The Kinwald Edition RC10 (it is here!)
Anyone have details on how Brian had the original tires mounted? looks almost like the bead is mounted to the top of the wheel lips unless that's just how the tires were shaped. He cut the outer lips of the rims completely off so only the bottom of the tire bead is glued to the wheels giving more s...

Re: What is it now Team Associated?!
Touring car or rally car with 10T wing on the back! Man, if it is a TC8 though, I'm more so going to be afraid of the kit price now. I'm sure it'll cost more than the current B74.2CE so that puts it somewhere at $550-$600 possibly. Touring car premiums and 1/8 scale stuff put the hurt to me everywhe...

Re: Possible Kinwald Edition RC10 inbound?
Nice! Not $459 nice, but nice. I'll wait for the B3 re re I don't remember where I heard it but apparently there will be a b2 this year. It only makes sense, most of the fast guys in the vintage scene (for AE cars at least) are rocking B2 or B3 buggies. Granted most aren't racing these Re Re cars, ...

Re: Team-car re-re runner by Janus
Very nice runner build Janus. To help with the front turnbuckles rubbing at full lock with rpm style ballcups, do you have the black "short neck" ballstuds? They are about 1-1.5mm shorter than the regular silver ball studs and help the upper camber link clear the lower steering rod at full...

Re: Possible Kinwald Edition RC10 inbound?
You can find info on the worlds car and rere worlds in the rc10 history section, and yes they are different to kinwalds actual '93 winning car, which it seems the route AE is going with this time around. Please see the following link for a members '93 replica (kenooze) to fully understand the detail...

Re: Possible Kinwald Edition RC10 inbound?
You would be more in the know than me Jeff. AE has been pretty decent with the progression of their rc10 re-releases so with the BK car coming very soon, it just left me wondering where the graphite kit release still fits in there, let alone an earlier six-gear version. I figured we would see it bef...
