Re: PB buggies. Post your pics.
I wonder if anyone could recommend suitable universal joint drive shafts for the Maxima? One of the ones I currently have fitted seems to have a damaged bearing, so I'm hoping to replace it with something more readily available. Also any advice on a compatible slipper clutch would be great.

PB SIZZLER
Im noticed this come up on an action site here in Japan. I don't know much about circuit racing, but I do remember this car mostly because i was pining for a PB Maxima at the time. Looks like its in nice condition. You certainly don't see many of them for sale. http://page4.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/a...

Re: PB Mini Mustang. Post your pics.
Finally finished the painting.
Quite difficult to think of nice scheme. In the end, I think this works nicely.
Anyway, nice looking buggy, and one that will now sit nicely between my 2 Maximas.

Another one for display.
I picked this one up in Japan for about 70 pounds.
It needed quite a lot of work, but now it is in nice running order.
I was surprised just how well this car goes.

Re: PB Mini Mustang. Post your pics.
Finally got around to working on this car. Ive fitted some old Tamiya shocks which I dyed black. The body is from Mr. Lexan. (thank you, very nice). I still need to locate some front tyres but I think I may have some spare somewhere around back in the UK. Other than that, just a new bumper is requir...

Re: PB Mini Mustang. Post your pics.
Not to be left out, I thought I'd post a picture of my Christmas present. I recently won this on an auction site here in Japan. It is a two speed Mini Mustang and is in good condition with the exception of the bumper, which looks like it has been cut down to fit a touring car shell. The other two ar...

Schumacher Cat saddle pack chassis
Ive noticed a few old Cats with the "white" saddle pack chassis. Was this an upgrade? I seem to remember my XLS had a stick pack chassis when it arrived. I thought that the saddle pack concept wasn't really embraced until around the thine of the Procat, though I'm clearly mistaken. Does an...

Schumacher TopCat repro body?
Hello,
Does anyone know where I could pick up a re-pro body for the Topcat? I just did a net search and could find anything, though Im sure I have seen them in the past.

Le Mans H240s Motor
Hi, I recently acquired one of these motors while looking for 240ST. I've temporarily installed it in my Optima Mid restore car until i can find the correct one. I tried it out in the yard early today, and was very impressed with it, albeit it sounds very whiny. I cant seem to find much information ...

Re: Topcat chassis clean-up
Thanks everyone for your comments.
Brad- thanks for the offer to sand blast it. I'll have a go at cleaning it here first and see how it comes out. It's in pretty bad shape, so may never really recover. I'll get back to you later if it is ok?

Topcat chassis clean-up
Does anyone have advice in how to cleanup the metal chassis of a Topcat? I recently accquired a chassis as part of a restoration project, but the underside is in terrible condition. There is a huge amount of super glue for some reason, and it looks as though the previous owner has had a go at removi...
