Looks great, but man I wouldn't release a promo pic with the front belt looking loose like on the last pic.

Re: Trying to make a Tra**as SRT fast !
All back together ready for "The Vintage Bash 3.0" or any other vintage event. Not sure what modern truck/buggies weigh in at but mine fully ready to go came in at 1728 grams. 20231220_212422.jpg Kind of disappointing really considering my box stock T2 with the same battery and full size ...

Re: My ultima pro
Hey mate What bits did you use to do the shorty conversion mate? It looks great. I just picked up a pro with the same alloy chassis but was puzzled as to what holder I could mount but it looked difficult with all those slots for the saddle pack Cheers Mikey I present to you my original ultima pro. T...

Re: Finally, the official Futaba FXT thread
Just saw this yesterday evening. Opened box but unassembled FXT kit. I did not bid, have too many already. Curious if anyone here on the forum won the auction. The Ebay find is indeed a complete kit, yes expensive, but less than I've seen them go for, and I've been looking for one for years. Notice...

Re: Finally, the official Futaba FXT thread
The seller thought it was complete, when I looked at the pics though, it appeared to be missing one of the major drawcards of the FXT..... The wheels though they may have been there and I missed them Before I just took a quick glance and didn't take a good look because I had no interest. Now that I...

Re: Trying to make a Tra**as SRT fast !
This has been a fantastic build! Thank you for bringing us on the journey with you. The SRT is one of my grail trucks, including in the factory works converted form but I found my other grail truck the storm 2000 which I need to get up and running With regards to gearing, I can try to help if you ne...

Re: Storm 2000 wheels
Just to close this out, on the 1 in a billion chance someone else ever needs Storm 2000 wheels   The wheels from Jeff are actually a pretty decent color match for the Menace rear wheels. Both wheels are somewhere between white and yellow. The A&L are just a tad bit more yellow. I don...

Re: My Ultima rere racer
nice one mate, i commented in the other thread about how to fit 2.2 inch wheels to an ultima, I have done a very similar thing as you, but i used Optima parts, which adds 5 degrees of caster which i found helped the buggy turn a lot better and widens the front end and i had to do the same as you an...

Re: Optima Mid Exo rc racer build
Looks ace so far. Looking forward to this build. I don't mean to threadjack, but the Optima and Lazer were both 4WD competition buggies sold at the same time? Why was this? Which was better performing? Thanks! So the Lazer superseded the Optima, the main differences being they went to full belt dri...
