Re: Intriguing ad in RC Car Action - RC10 re-release?
looks like tower hobbies is still generously taking money despite them being sold out I guess.... Tower is still taking PRE-ORDERS, which do not take any money until the product is available to ship. Even if they pre-sell more than become available, not all of the pre-orders will necessarily last t...

Re: Finally... Dave145's Gold Pan Runner Build
Not to go against the chassis brace idea, but my vertical braces have prevented rollups when the car makes a front end collision. I can do without the other aluminum though, so I'll try to get a new chassis. As for nose brace tubes, they didn't do anything except break when I whacked the poll. Is t...

Re: RC10 Gold Pan Chassis mod suggestions?
You might want to try a capacitor for the receiver. Local hobby shop sold me one when I bought my Savox and said it was tohelp power the servo. Capacitor's not a bad idea to try too. I tried one for my glitching problems, but didn't help in my case. New radio system was what finally fixed my proble...

Re: RC10 Gold Pan Chassis mod suggestions?
Ran great until the steering glitched and sent the car into the shoulder of the road. Instead of asking how you can strengthen your car sufficiently to survive these collisions, maybe the thing you should be investigating is how to stop these glitches that keep causing you to hit things the car isn...

Re: RC 10 Graphite Stealth . My only RC 10 LOL
This is my 3rd Graphite Rc 10. It is in very good nic with a stealth and A&L steering set up. I stripped it down to clean all the white nylon bits and dyed most of the white parts in a tangerine orange. I have a new body & wing on it's way. A EZ run brushless will be installed as well. Whic...

Re: Jascot's Edinger RC10
Nice, look good! I love the old Futaba 2 stick radios... the build quality on those is something you don't get these days. I always preferred the old-school 2-stick radio even for a car, but I got the new Flysky radio hooked up and I can actually control the steering reliably for the first time in ...

Jascot's Edinger RC10
Hi everyone Like so many others, I've finally pulled my faithful RC10 out of mothballs now that my son is old enough to appreciate such things, at least somewhat. Mine was a Christmas present in about 1986. I raced at a LHS for the next several years, mostly indoors on carpet during the winter month...
