Congratulations Tcustom, a top notch distinctive build you have there.
Well happy with my 3 votes there, just interesting to see how such a basic car did up against some proper machinery.

Re: My collection
Once the xxx was done i still had the itch to do something else, so i figured the next step would be a Losi 22. There didnt seem to be anything availabe other than the standard type and that didnt really fit with my collection so far, and they were all modded in some way. Then this interesting thing...

Re: My collection
While I was building the xx I knew a xxx of some sort would be next. I saw a listing for a brand new xxxcr kit complete with an Atomic Carbon carbon fibre conversion kit. I bought it. Then Got a few more upgrades and ended up with a rather nice example of the xxx. Brass front pivot block, alloy fron...

Re: My collection
Next my Losi xxcr Kinwald. Thought it was a standard xx with some blue bits on it until it arrived and i saw the manual that came with it. It was in very good condition as it hadnt been raced and had hardly been used, all it needed was a replacement for a broken front hub and bent hinge pin. The whi...

My collection
I spent yesterday finnishing off the paint on a couple of cars, so I figured its time to put some of my collection up on here. First is my oldest Losi JRX2 PRO. I bought one car in the hope of restoring it, but when it arrived i realised it was knackered having been sat in a shed, or possibly a pond...

Re: This ain't vintage but....
Well now its at least partly painted, got the spoiler masked but ran out of paint. Authough the XXX body fits the Vega elite 22 chassis, the XXX body wont fit a standard 22 chassis as its a different shape altogether. It may not be considered vintage but its in the same collection as my other, more ...

Re: This ain't vintage but....
Another alternative for the 22 body was the Vega elite body. I have a vega elite which i rebuilt because i saw it as a 'future vintage' if you like. Its a beautiful piece of design with full alloy chassis, gearbox casing and various bits of carbon fibre, let down by a cab forward body which im not a...

Id put in a vote for shenanigans if that were an option. What a strange month of voting.

Re: Mardave R12 Mini
Yeah it would be nice if it was fwd, i used to have a tamiya mini and it certainly added to the effect of being a mini. Lowered it today about 3mm, fitted minilights and lower profile (worn out) tyres and took a picture. And noticed the reflective tape on the headlights realy looked like lights. htt...
