I think the arm mounts will be fine for racing. Make sure you replace the re-re arm mount screws with original ones or others otherwise your setting yourself up for broken screws in the mounts.

Yeah the stock green hardware on the rere are especially delicate. Team KNK makes a nice stainless steel screw set for about $20 that is very nice for runners

Aluminum is very heavy compared to plastic, and also doesn't bend in a crash. Therefore the car will be heavy, and parts will break. Trust me, I've tried it. I have RPM arms and kept breaking inner hinge blocks, so I went to aluminum, and now it just shears bolts off. You have to leave a few flexib...

Yeah I have KNK screws on all my builds...speaking of that I need to pick up a couple more sets

I actually ordered the 5700kv and canceled it and went with the 4600kv. I remember back in the day I nuked the diff in my JRX2 with a low turn modified. Ended up pleading with the family to take me to the hobby store while on vacation in order to buy a steel replacement. Turns out my sister's husban...

I know this doesn't really help but sometime way back when I picked up a pair of gold CV's. I guess the only plus to this post is there are some out there I just don't know where or who made them. I see that they look towards the silver side in the pic but that's due to the flash. They are a nice go...

RC10 Graphite project
Following on from my other 'Graphite Custom' thread, I have decided to build up another pair of cars from my spares stash. One will be a gold pan A-stamp chassis and the other will be a Graphite.
