Re: Picture of the day. (Taken by you)
Port Jackson, Coromandel Region.
New Zealand.
This is a Government department of conservation campsite, nz$10 a night each, cold water showers and composting toilets, but can't beat the views, and a tent site on the beach.

New Build - NIB B2 Japan Export
Good morning, everyone! I ended up snagging a NIB RC10 B2! This was a Japanese export, so I'm excited to see if there are any differences from the domestic kits. I'm going to kill half of what I paid to build this thing, but I can't resist. The RC10 B2 was my second ever hobby grade kit, being gifte...

Re: Turbo Optima mid SE
Long time no post... Decided to stay closer to OEM and I am going to use the original black Kyosho springs. And although I really like the lime green body I did have a second body... This second body got a slightly smaller set of decals to try and help with the "see through" effect XLR8 su...

Re: What is the RC story behind Rear Toe-In?
To throw a rant in, the evolution to "what works" though is how you end up with a bunch of race cars today that are all virtually identical. There is a fastest way for sure but not necessarily the most interesting way when it comes to design.

Re: 1/10 Scale On-Road - Chassis Options in 2024
Man, that's a lot of stickers. Your headlight decal application came out great. Well done sir! Was it as difficult as you thought :?: Overall, it looks awesome!! :D Much thanks! It was more difficult than I thought it would be, didn't seem like it would be as big of a chore as those VW Bus bo...

Re: a thread for BambuLab machines
Just a heads up, Bambu is having a nice sale right now. They have the X1C and P1S on sale as well as the A1 and A1 mini. Bambu very rarely has a sale, I picked up a couple more AMS for my existing machines

Re: Tamiya Tyrrell P34 6-Wheeler - 1977 Argentine GP - 2022 Reissue
Completed the P-34. This one is too pretty and fragile to run, it's really low, very little ground clearance.

Re: a thread for BambuLab machines
Yes, I keep the .2 nozzle in one machine for printing detailed pla and abs parts, on small items the time isn't much more and the quality of print is so nice. The other machine I keep a .4 nozzle in, and use it for mostly abs. I side load abrasive filaments on that machine as well. Swapping nozzles ...

Re: a thread for BambuLab machines
Yes the ams is awesome for multi material prints where you use a support material, the underside surface when used this way is just amazing compared to traditional supports. Also I will say, I didn't think I would use the ams either, but they are crazy cool for off the wall projects and fun stuff, e...

Re: a thread for BambuLab machines
The AMS is currently on sale. I started with one on my X1C,and bought a second one quite quickly. You may not see the interest of the AMS at first, but once you have it you are going to change your mind. My own use cases are: multi colors - It's rare but I use this time to times finishing a roll and...
