There's just something about gold anno and white nylon that brings back happy memories for me. :D I also have the Factory Works steering upgrade on my runners and they're totally bullet proof. Although mine were made so...

Looking great. What do you think of the RPM gear cover? I've always thought it was a little large compared to say, the World's re-release black cover.

I think the RPM cover was designed to clear the VTS clutch setup.
I myself, for this car, would look to grab one of the rere covers from the Classic (if they're still available). Or an aftermarket one from OldRC.

The crystals being aftermarket are the first thing I would suspect. But yeah it’s really hard to test without other equipment to swap in.
