Finally working on something again. Disassembled the Traxxas SRT. Anyone know if it's possible to "whiten" the fiberglass yellowed chassis? Suppose I could attempt the peroxide bath in sunlight routine, but don't think it'll work on fiberglass. I bought a new Factory Works natural color up...

Didn't forget this month, with 12 hours left.

Got a nice sunny day today, so soaking the SRT chassis and rear bulkhead in 12% peroxide.

Cleaned and soaked the SRT rear bulkhead and fiberglass chassis in 12% peroxide for 34 hours, about 10 hours in sunlight. Before and after pics for comparison. The battery box sides were not in peroxide.

Also have the small Harbor Freight unit here. I use the regular Simple Green concentrated formula in about a 5:1 to 6:1 ratio with water, I just pour it in and eyeball it. Stripped the old worn anodizing off, prepped, painted and cleared the Traxxas SRT motor guard & plate. Now need to wet sand and buff. Really liking this color.

Got this 30V 10A unit specifically for r/c related business.

It's variable, 0-30V and 0-10A. I went a little overboard, as usual.

Got my brother a surprise gift, Traxxas Blue Eagle LS, truck he had 30 yrs ago when we were kids. Along with a Novak Rooster which hasn't arrived yet. I'm keeping the Duratrax Powerline though.

Last bit of goods for the SRT.... I hope.

Start on putting the SRT together.
