Re: Pan car

It goes around the base of the pinion. The gears should be here tomorrow and I can weigh the pinion and see.

Re: Car#11 RC10DS Berreta Pro Stock (Nostalgic Rc)

That's a clever idea....... don't try and make the batteries look old, make the battery holder look like old batteries :P

Re: Where are cars made (Losi)

The contentiousness over whether Taiwan is a country (autonomous or otherwise) or part of China aside, hopefully we can assume that "Made in Taiwan" is in fact made in Taiwan, and "Made in China" is in fact made in mainland China. **Saves Hong Kong debate for another day  Th...

Orangemazda’s RC10CE 1.5 build

Hey guys, I’ve seen some cool T2 based buggy builds including Scr8p’s RC10 1.5 builds. I thought it would be cool to build a car as if Associated had designed the RC10 championship edition 1.5 version. So here it is. . 4339B740-6B4B-4FC6-85AF-AA28AA949437.jpeg E7314660-77A9-415D-961B-B2FCA77A40AD.jp...

Re: Robb's Generic AE Decal Sheets

I added a couple more generic RC10 B1 style sheets to the folder, plus a random B4 sheet that I needed for a build. I am slowly getting better with PS so hopefully these sheets will continue to improve. I dropped off some files at a print shop this afternoon, so hopefully in a couple of days I can s...

Re: New to my RC garage: TC3

After first trial and seeing how fun the TC3 is to drift on pavement, my son claimed it as his own. The only real solution is that we need 2 TC3s... (or maybe more than 2...) So this well cared for, Lotus bodied example arrived during lunch. I'm certain this will become the new claim and I'll get th...

Re: McMaster-Carr order substitutions for assocaited parts

whats usable from the Traxxas shock rebuild kit? Depending on whether you have top or bottom load shocks (I have both), everything except the diaphragm. The spacers do need to be reamed for the 1/8" shafts, as they are slightly larger than a 3mm shaft. Alternatively, current 3mm shafts can be ...

Re: RC10 Stealth Carbon Fiber Slipper Disc (last one you'll need)

Frankentruck wrote: Tue Jul 06, 2021 8:03 am I'm not positive that I know all the OEM Associated friction disc styles and sizes. Is this a replacement for the 9253 disc, or a different one?
This looks like a replacement for the original 6585 disc.

The 9253 is the larger one from the B/T3 (maybe GT2).

Hey bud I have Bolink style Carbon Fiber lowering towers available now for the DS so we can run the truck bodies that are available and run them at the proper height specially the rear.
Thanks brother DS. I will definitely keep that in mind.
