Re: So... it looks like I've picked up another RC10T

Looks like you have a mid run thick arm team truck with universals. Also some upgraded RCPS turnbuckles on there.

Re: Rc10T diff...

Since going brushless on my RC10, I've had plenty of issues with keeping diffs together... I think I finally have it dialed, but my last teardown, I noticed the out drives are starting to wear. Are there any options to replace them? They are going for anywhere between $50-75 on eBay, so if I'm hopi...

Dynotech has titanium ones on eBay for $75 clams. If they aren't listed just send them a message.

Re: Dirt-Road 10?

FWIW, I had one of these BITD. I ordered it from Tower Hobbies and it came with a Nissan truck body. I painted it white like box art, ran it on nitro for a while then converted it to electric then sold it. Mine had the brush guard and chevron tires just like yours. I never see these posted anywhere ...

Re: Dirt-Road 10?

If I remember right, these were Kyosho's answer to the Bruiser. They were sold with several different bodies which were Jeep Indiana, Chevy Pick-Up, Ford Ranger, and Datsun. I believe the electric version only came with the Jeep and Chevy bodies, and the nitro version only came with the Datsun and F...

Re: Dirt-Road 10?

I do have the almost irresistible urge to get it running, just once. I cant seem to find any video of one of these things running, and am super curious as to how they drive... I get that same urge with every project I begin. It may take years for that urge to be fulfilled, but I just can't do a bui...

Hi,

Pictures would be good.

Re: B3 -- B4 parts interchange

Very different indeed!
This is an interesting question. I'm struggling to think of a single molded part that was carried over from the B3.
From trans cases to suspension uprights, the B4 is entirely different from its predecessors.

Re: B3 -- B4 parts interchange

and making it even trickier, the B4 went from imperial (B4 and B4.1) to both metric and imperial (B4.2)... so some B4 parts do not interchange with...B4
edit- I could have sworn hardware and some parts changed however it may be just the transmission that went partially metric
