Looks like you have a mid run thick arm team truck with universals. Also some upgraded RCPS turnbuckles on there.

Since going brushless on my RC10, I've had plenty of issues with keeping diffs together... I think I finally have it dialed, but my last teardown, I noticed the out drives are starting to wear. FWIW, I had one of these BITD. I ordered it from Tower Hobbies and it came with a Nissan truck body. I painted it white like box art, ran it on nitro for a while then converted it to electric then sold it. Mine had the brush guard and chevron tires just like yours. This is an interesting question. I'm struggling to think of a single molded part that was carried over from the B3.
From trans cases to suspension uprights, the B4 is entirely different from its predecessors.
