Re: Composite Craft Predator Lynx re-build
Been a while since I added to the thread...but progress is being made....bumper fab...since I couldn't find a decent OG pan car bumper I liked that matched my old one (see id photo), I decided to go DIY. Covers about 85% of both front wheels (TRC Style) and fits under almost all '80's bodies. Drawin...

Re: Composite Craft Predator Lynx NIB build
....well...it's gonna be a runner...so time to file the battery slots.
Fairly light at about 35deg. all around. Same for the forward and rear brace LT/RT...so the strapping tape won't break on a sharp edge during runs. - Sun Aug 18, 2024 4:24 pm

Re: Building a battery the old school way
Nice build!! You can still buy brand new 2500mah Panasonic SCR cells (Super SCR's), plus there's a good seller providing all the re-wraps (customized if you like) to match'em to OG red Sanyo cells. Actually, all in...about the same cost as bitd for a race pack. Braid...not bars=Nice! 20240308_15333...

Futaba Magnum Sr. Steering Foam Replacement
After a lot of research I finally settled on and replaced the foam on the steering wheel of my old Futaba Magnum Sr. (FP-T3PG). I'm not familiar with any of them other than the ones that I now know are wrong. Brush size is 36D.....
