In addition to having springs that are too soft, the tiny front shocks are horrible leakers. A front shock upgrade is needed. Installing: Start one side in the groove. Use a small flat blade screwdriver to push / squeeze down the ring until the rest of it is in the groove.

Jeff hooked me up with some awesome front shock tower options for my Hyper Hornet. Super fast cutting and delivery! His USPS guy must have a soft spot for RC parts.
