Got it all painted up and decals on.

The body is done in Duratrax mellow yellow, backed in white and then black. The driver is done in Tamiya brilliant blue, backed in silver.

"Perfect state" and "good state" I can guess at the condition...but "proper state" is one I haven't heard before. How is a proper state relative to good and perfect states?
