Well now the topic has been dug up again, I have another couple of examples.

From the GS Racing CLX parts list. I like how the colour is important, but it might be a bit short for it's intended purpose.

Hopefully, but probably not for a while as they are only starting the Optima Mid series

Mecoa still produces a few old school engines and parts from extinct manufacturers old molds, and there is a a Veco .19 on their list. Might be worth a try.
