That looks to be a nice score. It doesn't appear to have had a hard life.

I see some similarity to a Toyota 2000 GT in the body shape.

I'll do the flyover to start the event.

I would cut away the bits of trace that have lifted off the board, and run a wire from the solder connections on either side of the break.

Probably. I think they are testing to see how far folks will go with pricing. It didn't cost $60-70 to machine the motor guard
