Re: Turned 40 today...

Well, I turned 44 last month. And while I'm not old yet, it's painfully obvious that I'm not young anymore. At work, one of the guys (5 or 6 years younger) was messing with some of us about getting old. I told him that I'd rather be old than be a Millennial. Then I told him that he'd be both in a fe...

Link to older Reedy Race mag write-ups

I was snooping around looking for pics and more info on the 1992 Reedy Race, specifically Rick Vehlow's Traxxas "TRX-1". Every once in awhile someone will ask about the TRX-2. There never was a TRX-2. But after coming across this photo contained in a scanned article on the Reedy Race site ...

Re: Turned 40 today...

And while I'm not old yet, it's painfully obvious that I'm not young anymore. Funny how that happens! Invincible in your 20's, realizing you're not invincible in your 30's, start feeling the body not being as willing or forgiving as it used to be in your 40's. When the 50's creep on ya you st...

Re: Things that inspire you

How many times can you be truly inspired? I mean, really inspired. But you can be truly irritated many times a day. Absolutely spot on! 8) I've been working on my negativity lately, though the "irritation" thread may not reflect this. One of my issues is random thoughts will con...

Re: Futaba multi-model transmitter question

If you haven't done so already, I'd start by checking the transmitter batteries aren't low, and re-binding the two buggies to the radio. Just a thought.

Re: Futaba multi-model transmitter question

The transmitter is bound to all your receivers. Model memory is like the seat adjustment on your car. It simply remembers the specific settings you like for said car Imagine you wanted a separate setup for a dry slick track. You could make your changes and while it’s the same car you would have two ...

5% of RC10Talk members access the site from Australia/NZ region. Therefore, 1 in every 20 photos is automatically flipped upside. It is only fair.
Or, to put it more accurately, 19 out of 20 photos are flipped, for those of us in the real world :P

Okay Dadio, now you're speaking my language. :D Do they need to be recent photos? I have these from a couple summers ago - when it used to rain here. P1010310.JPG P1010152.JPG P1010154.JPG This is what we have now - dryer than a popcorn fart. Does this count?

R6 setup for just trackdays and the occasional rip out to the coast and back.
