RC10 T3 Build
Kind of surprised I didn't have a thread for this. I got this truck a few years ago. Pretty solid. Even had Lunsford turnbuckles. But, no trans. Thankfully, i bought a b2/b3 lot shortly after getting the T3 and ended up with trans for it. I tore it all down, cleaned everything and reassemble the tru...

Re: LA/OC vintage meet up?
For those still following this discussion - we meet up at a private track in Yucaipa a few times a year. We run organized races, old school hand count style, really only following the lead group. Its quite fun to toss our cars around the track with our modern electronics and tires. For those interes...

Junior Two photos from 95’
Really nothing special here, but all these years later my wife came across these old pictures of mine. This car was my younger brothers that I built for him back then. Thinking back to when we built it I could have sworn it came with red logo wheels and not the white wheels a Junior Two should have....

Re: Traxxas sending cease and desist letters to aftermarket companies then backing off.
I think I'll put tape over the Traxxas logos on my box art SRT to avoid promoting traxxas when racing it in the vintage scene.

Re: SilverTriple's printing stuff...
Post processing was done. First a bath of IPA Alcoohol (not a fresh one), then remove the supports, then another bath with clean IPA; the two baths with agitation. Nex was drying with air compressor outside, inside, outside again... Then I let it dry alone for 30 minutes again... I only had an issue...

Re: Early Edinger rebuild
The chances are good that the brass spring retainers dates from the eighties. I've never seen anything like these and if you haven’t seen them, they might be homemade. But as you see after the cleaning the finish is pretty good. As expected, the gearbox revealed E clip drive gear pivot - put it to t...
