New dewd
Hi everyone. New here, looking forward to hanging out with you all. Owner of several vintage rides: Marui Big Bear, RC10T3 (daughter's truck), less vintage rides: HG "Bruiser" knock-off, monster converted Ofna LX2E, LC Racing MT, Losi Ten-Te. Maybe I'm showing my age and some of my "l...

RCScrewz for RC10 Graphite
Hi all, I tried searching and didn't find anything about this. I got a stainless screw kit for the RC10 Worlds car for use on my Graphite chassis Team Car (t least I think that's what it is). The new screws aren't the correct head angle to match the chassis. What is that all about? Does anyone know ...

Turnbuckles
I'm not sure what you all are using for turnbuckles but I was in the market for some for my Team Car rebuild. I'm far too cheap to buy anything titanium, nor am I a good enough driver to make use of any performance gains. I wanted something a tiny bit more flashy than the universal cut-to-length Dub...

Re: Turnbuckles
They very much resemble Tecnacraft Ti turnbuckles, and that to me is AWESOME ! Never seen them before so thank you 8) My pleasure, and I agree. They have that sort-of darker hue like titanium....but only $3 a pair. I'll rock fake titanium every day of the week. My only complaint is the slightly inc...

Re: Power Hd servos
I have a PowerHD servo doing steering duties in my Bruiser clone. Does a fine job moving the sticky mudders around, never had a single problem with it. The model number is HD9110MG.

RC10T2 Ebay score
Hi friends! Quick poll, who has had a few beers and went surfing around on Ebay only to (sorta) regret it the next day? [Raises hand with a sheepish look on his face] Apparently, I am the new owner of this RC10T2. https://www.ebay.com/itm/266210960819?nma=true&si=V2VtT%252B2oEqPoq1U32oe6RxW9siI%...

Re: RC10T2 Ebay score
Wow! I'm no where even close to that but I should have phrased that differently...that "too many R/C's" threshold unfortunately may get some input from the wife.juicedcoupe wrote: ↑Sun Apr 16, 2023 5:58 pm
I'm currently at 42, you're probably safe.
Speaking of, I need more shelves.

Re: RC10T2 Ebay score
I wasn’t the other bidder but I was looking at it until the last. It was a good looking t2 and I have a soft spot for them. Gotcha. They are way cool. My brother has an RC10GT and a truck converted RC10 buggy, I think an RC10DS also, I have the Team Car that I'm still finishing, and my daughter has...

Re: RC10T2 Ebay score
Just picked up those Evader EXT2 tires from the PowerHobby website and it was even than the Ebay deal. Ended up less than $19 to my door. How awesome is that?!?!

Re: RC10T2 Ebay score
I also posted this in the "What did you get in the post today?" thread but figured I'd throw a couple pics up here also. I love this truck already. Threw a new set of Anderson PowerPole connectors on the ESC to match my batteries (been using them for literally over 25 years) and took it ou...

Re: New dewd
Well, this old RC10 buggy is D-U-N done! Finally got the body and wing painted, wing mount wire bent up and all of it trimmed and adjusted for fit. I freakin love this thing. Thanks to everyone who provided help and advice along the way!

Re: RC10T2 Ebay score
OK, friends, got my wheels dyed and tires mounted up last week. The dying process was way easy to thanks to all that weighed in on that little detail.
My next question is, how do you all fit a standard sized 2S hardcase lipo in a T2?!?!- Tue May 23, 2023 6:57 pm

Re: RC10T2 Ebay score
You can remove the existing mount and use a puretech Velcro strap. It’s backed with adhesive so it can be used without drilling the chassis or slimming down the battery mount That's the ticket! I was not going to be modifying any of the factory parts or drilling the chassis so this is freakin aweso...
