I can't ID the wing mounts on Ruffy's car but the two types that GeneralZod posted were both from Bolink.


Ruffy's body looks like the same as the bodies Barry Baker and Ralph Burch had on their cars in this pic...which according to the race results were Associated Nissan bodies.

Spotted this fs on the bay and figured it may work out for this chassis. Looks to be in decent shape, hopefully just needs a good cleaning. This is a special ESC recently obtained for my 1997 Yokomo MX-4 World Champ buggy. The Tekin M Star Gold is my favorite for 2023. The gold heat sinks should look sharp installed.
I believe both the gold and red label Tekins were the winning ESC's at the 97 worlds.

Got her pretty much wrapped up. I am 90% happy with the chassis, and 80% happy with the body. Special thanks to Jeff @ FTW for the chassis and shock towers. Here is the body cut, decaled, and with a wing. I'm not sure if it looks better with the decals/wing or without.

That is a great build. Man, a lot of you guys find all the nice stuff. Where does it all come from? I can’t imagine you are finding all of this on eBay.
