Re: RC10 Classic 40th anniversary
Mine just arrived, kit #1995. Note the number is not on the box so you have to crack the seals to see if you got a number or a box of rocks! Schrö-edinger RC10 haha! Parts are stark white, like over peroxided parts. Hard to tell in the pics but they look less nylon and more plastic. Manual is NOT in...

Giveaway for 40th owners- collecting tub numbers
Little giveaway for owners of the 40th anniversary kits to see who has the highest kit number *edit- AND LOWEST NUMBER*. Since AE won't tell us the total number made we will have to see if we can approximate it by collecting numbers ourselves. I'm doing this on Facebook here https://www.facebook.com...

Re: RC10 Classic 40th anniversary
You know what would have cost almost nothing and made a huge difference for this guy? The single piece of tissue paper that used to greet you when you opened the box.

Re: whats in the box?!?
...just a packing slip inside the outer box. If you plan to keep it in the box it may be in your interest to keep it sealed in both boxes - AE's packaging is poor and in the case you may sell it some day you may not even want to know if your inner box is damaged. Many are. Mine has minor crease on o...

Here's another shot of Rudy being quiet and unassuming....
What you can't see is that he's lying directly on top of a hot water bottle!! Guess the poor little blighter is feeling the cold a touch....- Sun Jul 14, 2024 12:16 pm

Re: ** Build of the Month Contest - September 2024 ** - Winner - RC10th
I'm sure we all remember the giant glass case of R/C cars at Toys R Us, and not to mention the aisle with all the NES flip cards where we would stand for as long as our mom would let us and try to determine which game to buy from reading the maker's outlandish descriptions and a few microscopic scre...
