Got a little further tonight. Redesigned the steering cranks for some extra throw, and designed a new belt tensioner that should be a lot easier to use. The final piece will be machined aluminum. RC10T time! I never had this when I was younger, so it was fun to build. The toughest part was masking off the roll bar parts on the back for painting. Went with a brushless setup, Flysky receiver, Hobbywing ESC. Paint pattern is the same as box art, but I went with different colors. rc10t_01_small....

RPM Ultra Molded RC10

After wanting one of these as a kid 30+ years ago after seeing the magazine ad, I was finally able to build an Ultra Molded buggy. Just added a few period mods but nothing too crazy. I was so tempted to add some stickers to this blank canvas, but it looks just too good to cover up. :lol: - MIP CVD's...

Your TDP vette is incredible, and your 85 JJH car is outstanding, everything about the chassis being correct makes it hard for me to get anywhere near that close. I learned a lot from your threads, thanks!
