Re: Pb Maxima score
Super rare score today! This is the elusive Pb Maxima front bumper and mount set. I have been looking for the piece top left for over 12months and they are generally considered impossible to find. Amazingly this auction was for 2 sets!!  50116063_796957317335051_9164116928577404928_n.jpg

Re: Traxxas Bullet Rebuild
Also, you will want to boil all the parts. Traxxas white nylon gets pretty brittle. Not the gear case though, it's a nylon blend and will distort. Although it's already broken so.

Re: Traxxas Bullet Rebuild
Those parts do come up from time to time. I'll look in my stash to see if I have anything and keep my eyes peeled.
I've waited for years to find I part I was missing so it's not a quick hobby for vintage.

Re: Traxxas Bullet Rebuild
Wow, two things....... 1 - How did I miss this thread to begin with 2 - That thing came out pretty good !!!! If you know a part number or feel like rummaging check out the old Traxxas boxes at HH. Re: Kyosho Javelin re-re cage on original chassis?
In order to fit the wing on the rere roll cage, you need a custom soon to be made adaptor. Minsu Cho on Facebook is currently in the process of making it. Join my Facebook group. https://www.facebook.com/groups/optimaseries/
You will see the Javelin from the cover pictures has those custom mounts.

Re: Traxxas Bullet Rebuild
Those are pretty decent, inexpensive shocks. I used the same set with minor modifications to fit a Turbo Optima. I found them too stiff with the included weight of oil and pistons, but it wasn't much work to get them dialed in. The sad thing is those shock sets appear to be discontinued everywhere I...

Re: How many versions of MX-4
Only the bottom chassis plate was Carbon Fibre everything else was black G10 fibreglass.
And there was only 1 version of this car but many after market parts.

Re: How many versions of MX-4
If you're not going to run it you don't really need a slipper Depends if you want it all original? If that's not a high priority again the assembly from the tourer will fit.
