Re: Losi Mini JRX2 coming soon

Thanks Dean!

Do it, I am running cheap Ender 3 pros and I have made more things then I could count. From RC bits to spacers for my Mothers mobility scooter to wiper rack bushings for a vintage VW :)

Re: Losi Mini JRX2 coming soon

Ok parts absolutely nobody ask for or wants because I don't want to buy bearings for the mockup car! :D I guess they are good if someone wants to build a shelfer and make it look right. :) Flexy Turners: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/game/losi-mini-jrx2-vintage-style-servo-saver-bellcranks-without...

Re: Losi Mini JRX2 coming soon

Update! My chassis design has been updated, there has been a thorough tweaking of the model to more correctly represent the size difference of the Molded and Jrx2 chassis. If you grabbed it before grab a new one! I will do up a chassis brace soon. I also have more parts in the mail so will be able t...

Re: Losi Mini JRX2 coming soon

The current chassis is almost perfect, I only ran into 3 minor issues. The arms that screw into the ball stud mounts on the rear bulkhead are about half mm too high, the strengthening ribs at the front kickup need a hair more clearance for the bellcranks, and the hex for the bell crank shafts are a ...

Re: The ultimate Mini JRX2 thread

It's amaizing how fast you can go from getting an idea to having items in your hand with the various forms of 3d printing. Of course I did have to buy a load of parts so I could make sure the items I was designing would be the right size lol

Re: The ultimate Mini JRX2 thread

That'll do

Will add the file to the chassis listings. You will need 3mm screws and might need to drill the posts a little.

Re: The ultimate Mini JRX2 thread

The work in this thread has been pretty awesome in it's rapidity and attention-to-detail.... I bet the goobers at Team Losi are wishing they'd a) given more people hats, and b) led with all the upgrade parts from the start.... as this is killing their future upgrades timeline! More power to you all...

Re: The ultimate Mini JRX2 thread

Losi's have been my thing for far far too long... I still curse Losi for releasing these as now it is ALL I can think about  As for the mini T springs being longer, that might be good, the stock springs look far too short if you have to have the collar dang near at the cart for preload.. Adding...

Re: The ultimate Mini JRX2 thread

Well dangit, everything is going just swell and then you turn a corner and run smack dab into a roadblock. I have taken down the chassis for the moment as when I had everything together for todays photos I was unable to turn the bellcranks. Turns out the thicker Junior shocktower with a cap head scr...

Re: Traxxas Hawk rebuild

A Hawk was also my first performance oriented hobby grade RC it was the vehicle I traded for my first Losi. I would love to get ahold of one again sometime down the line but the time just never seems right... Maybe I can find someone who wants to trade one for a vintage Losi to go full circle lol Yo...

Re: The ultimate Mini JRX2 thread

I made them clippable because I needed them to be spacers so it made sense :) Well I guess everything I need for the Junior that I can make is made, I guess I will look into making lxt parts out of madness... any chance I could buy a custom set of shocktowers for a lxt? Lol Edit: I just put the hubs...
