Re: Whoa! I'm the only member on-line...
Image1.jpg Noticed I was a loner about 9:40 this morning...didn't have time then to type out a joke, so here goes: A grade school teacher asked her students to use the word "fascinate" in a sentence. Molly put up her hand and said, "My family went to my granddad's farm, and we all sa...

Well this is the final product!
Not the best pic, but i will eventually take some photos with some actual sunlight.
This build has been the most extensive so far, but damn it's been fun

Re: Hot Rod Harry!
Dave, you definitely have the proper mindset as mentioned. Too many people fail to understand that you don't have to BUY cool things, you can innovate and create your own. Learning how it works and the feeling of accomplishment when it's finished are so satisfying. I follow Jesse James on Facebook a...

Re: I May be Insane - 6-Gear Short Arm Content
I ran this car for a little while, using the jelly beans and 'stock' re-re classic tires. Took 3rd out of 6 in stock buggy, using a 27t brushed as well. A lot had to do with me understanding the car and being able to toss it through the corners. I didnt clear the big doubles like the modern buggies,...

RC12LW back from the dead
One of many projects that is finally finished. This was my old 12LW carpet racer from the early 90s. A long time ago, the car lost the main shock and was shelved up until recently. It took a while to finish due to the missing shock. Thanks to fellow member a01butal! He sent me the complete part and ...

Re: My RC10 (runner)
<RC10 ver.3> RC10_16.jpg This RC10 is newly built. The battery is installed in the transverse direction. For me, this car is best because it turns well, has good rear traction and jump is easy. I will describe how I set the car which will be answer to Asso_man! and popboy905 (thank you very much for...

Re: A '91 Stealth RC10 project
I hear ya man. Counter sinking for screws flat heads screws is soooo tricky! I use a screw that has the threads filed off. It will drop in the hole nicely for checking the depth of the counter sink. I don't have a stop on my drill press!
