Vee Sport
I had this out the other day to take a picture of the thrust bearing for the rc10 talk fb page. Figured I’d share with the web site. I bought this new in box probably 6 or 7 years ago. I had 2 or 3 MRP boat kits growing up, but never the little vee sport. I suppose it’s sat for so long because one, ...

That's unbelievable for where you guys are at. Hope it melts soon! Same here, kinda like been here done it, let’s move on lol. Wife and kids are enjoying it, but all I can think of at this point is that they are going to try and open the airport tomorrow and we will need to be there. Hoping it melt...

Re: So, what did you do RC today?
Dusted these guys off, Parma Ski Tiger with a modern hardware set up, and my old H&M No Step 2 P mono race boat. Trying to encourage myself to do a little boating in the near future.

Re: Hpi wide chassis RC10l
Would have been a dream 10L for me as a kid! I got as far as the kick up lower pod plate with mine and that was it. Really nice looking build you’ve got there!

Re: So, what did you do RC today?
Very cool! There is a small but healthy RC boat racing group near me. Do you race? Thanks! I don’t race anymore, but did quite a bit in the 90s to early 2000s. Even had my name and mug shots in RC Boat Modeler and Marine modeling magazines a few times. I also started and ran a small fast electric b...

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
Being a former fast electric boat racer, by habit, just about everyday of my life I look on eBay for vintage fast electric boats. Last week I found this and made a deal with the seller. New in box Parma Ski tiger supreme kit. Minus the matched 6 cell pack. Oddly enough it is packed in a Parma Follan...

RC8b4 nitro kit questions
Figured this would be ok here, since we don’t have a designated 1/8 scale forum…I think!?! Got a couple of quick questions about this car, but first I wanted to share the back story cause it’s pretty cool! So a few months ago I met a younger than me guy that lives a few houses down. He happened to s...

Re: WLToys curiosity project
We run LCRacings version of these in 1/14 scale. Not sure who copied who lol LC has the a 1/10 1/12 and1/14 buggies and truggys, the brushless kits are essentially the same thing. The cool thing about LCRacing is they are available as complete unassembled kits. And the LC cars have a full line of ca...

Re: ** Build of the Month Contest - March 2025 ** - Winner - silvertriple
This is a custom chain drive Tamiya Frog. Be sure to zoom in on the pics to see all the details. It has an ultra tall gear ratio with this setup. The B&R that was originally chosen for the build just didn't have enough torque, so in went a Lemans 550 360ST unit. It worked perfect. It is not jus...
