If they Towers is really out of stock I think we or ate least a bunch of members from this forum should team up on buying shells to keep the costs down and have enough volume to make it worth it.

Just to let you guys know, i ordered one of the Protech II shells from Tower hoping it was not the shell which is shown on the web page. I thought it was worth the chance.
Good news is that the shell arrived today and its the proper buggy shell not...

The guy at the hobby shop said that you can use any lacquer to cover the fastcolor. I washed the body real well, but I didn't let it sit for very long after applying the fastcolor. I only allowed the fastcolor time to fully dry. Thanks for the help....
Ever seen this one before? looks like a protech but with a whale tale in the rear of the body. Not saying it's pretty, just never seen it. Custom job? I can't see any lines on the body to suggest it added on, unless it's in the mold.
Found one on amazon for about 8 bucks and awaiting its delivery. I am putting it on the aftermarket graphite. Going through black and cherry red paint sceams in my head already. Probably going to order one for the original graphite later. I know it...
