Re: how rare is a b2 worlds car nib part #9000
The only differences between a B2 and a World's B2 are : lightweight Proline wheels, rear shock tower and a Proline Deja Vu 2 body. All are still available, except the body which is a tough one to find (took me a year to find a one!). I'm not sure of the rareity of the kit, so hopefully someone will chime in on it's potential value.

Ehmmm, no..........sorry but no......bscotti wrote:The only differences between a B2 and a World's B2.................
There were only 2 B2 kits. One with a mechanical speedcontol and some wussie-motor, gold shocks and bushings which was the sport version and there was a Team version, all plastic with the "green" shocks and bearings.
Then came the B3, 1st only availible as Team. But there were also 2 conversion kits for B2 to B3. One version was the plastic conversion and the graphite version (1st time they used that crap.... ehhh stuff).
Later came the 1st Team-Factory B3 with all the graphite and bleu stuff straight from the box.
After Masami won the Worlds in Finland, there came a kit with a new rear shocktower, and a special lower body to fit with that. they also included the new wider wheels they started using then.
Anyway, if you can get a "NIB" or "New Build" B2 or B3 (or Losi XX for that matter) get one prices will start climbing soon. And get a B4 just in case
