i never understand it .. there are people making over $100,000 a year and they cant even work on a rc car..

Thanks. I ended up getting some more modern Xceed mounted foams (48mm I think) and will just deal with adjusting the ride height. It's actually not as far off as I thought it would be.

Finally got around to adding the electronics and running around on the street. I thought the speed control would pop at any minute... it could have cooked a side of beef. I've run it five times with variety of gear ratios and the esc keeps taking...

Its kinda hard to tell the color of the motor can in the pic, but if it is a reddish/florescent red then it is a 16 triple (speed gems ruby). If it is more of a florescent orange can, then it is an 11 triple (speed gems topaz).
