I've used Mothers aluminum polish with a Mothers Mini PowerBall before with good results. Those would probably work better though.

i chuck them in a drill and use nev-r-dull on them.

There was a post some time ago where someone made there own set of aluminum wheels and some members were wanting duplicates made for there own use. Anybody remember who made them or even better have the link to the post? Anybody get a set?

I bought 4 Duratrax wheels from DHood recently. I've always found the anodizing on Duratrax wheels to be dull and lifeless, because it was probably anodized on a matte, dull surface finish. Also, these wheels from DHood were in 2 different shades of...

I am old. To me the pinnacle of RC10 was Masami's 91 World car. For a production car it was the World's Car.
My old school cars consisted of a Kyosho Ultima, Optima, and then the RC10 bug bit me.

anodizing makes the aluminum surface much stronger,plus you can get some color.
hard anodizing like on the traxxas bigbores and the better rc10 shocks can typically only be dyed black or dark green due to the denser pore size.
