Has anyone ever talked to them. I call about some XXX Kinwald parts, they transfered me to Tech support. I got a jerk!! he told me I shouldnt expect them to make parts for a ten year old car. And I should buy a newer car people dont race cars that old. funny thing is I never said I was Racing it. I was just looking for some wheels. Funny HPI was the same way. Its funny how they just expect you to buy a new car everytime the come out with something new. I told them I should have bought a RC10 they still have parts he got pissed then. and said they dont make any parts for them anymore either. I told him thats funny Tower still carries them he said I was wrong? shows how much they know. I love my Losi's but they are not the same since Horizon bought them out. Its like they sold their Sole to the Devil

He was so upset, I wanted parts for my car, I cant explane it. it was like he couldnt belive I wouldnt just put the newer parts on my car and not what belongs on it. I want the correct Blue wheels, not the yellow, or White ones they sell now. he never even asked if I had a newer car or not. just mift I want old parts

Aw, quit your bitch'n! The yellow or white ones will work just fine. In fact, blue is a heavier color, the lighter ones will add 3 mph to your top speed and increase your run time too.

I dont know if I can go that far, but they are not the same since Horizon took over. I agree I have two different XXX's and they are very different. I must say my Pro se is still the best.

I think it's been almost 10 years since Horizon took over no? I remember I owned a XXX back when they made the switch. I went from a huge parts back up at Tower that was super easy to deal with to Horizon which sucked at everything they did and who's website was impossible to find anything on. Don't know if they've updated the website since then, but it was horrible back then. Needless to say I sold my XXX out of frustration, that must have been around 2001 or so. Yes, Horizon sucks. Always has.

I must have called after you . I was looking for the blue rims and motor gaurd for a kinwald . after I said the kits not that old they put me on hold. did they just stop making parts for this kit ?

losi always had the worst parts back up... i have almost no losi stuff now... i remember when i had an lxt and they stoped making some parts for it... i was like wait (at that time)i can get every part for a 1984 rc10 but i cant get a part for my lxt...
