last year, after gary came out with the camaro street stock body, he posted in a thread on DODC showing it off. well, there was a member that mentioned that it would be awesome if he'd make a 83-88 monte carlo ss street stock body. being as though i love the 83-88 monte carlo ss, i said i'd like to see it too.

Yeah i saw that two i dont remember them having that body originally is it a new mold? Looks a little like my parma version.

I'll definitely be telling the guys at the track who run the Losi mini late models about this one. It would be awesome to see on the track.

Mcallister Racing was started by Gary and Cathie Mcallister in 1984. They sold the company to Ross and Becky May in 2018 who continue to produce bodies and accessories for oval and on-road vehicles.

First, big thanks to PlastiZapCA+ for the JG oval conversion thread that inspired me to build another dirt oval runner. I am leaning toward the Cavalier body but have several options on hand. I may also revisit Gary McAllister for another Firebird...

A few updates... I pulled the faulty Novak 610 and added the Novak Cyclone, my favorite brushed speed control. I chose a 44 tooth, 32 pitch spur and the smallest pinion that would allow gear mesh. I chose 32 pitch gears because I wanted to hear them...

At least I believe it's an MX Pro. From the old RCCA articles I found on Pro10-Classic.com the difference between the McAllister Outlaw Stocker and the MX Pro were the Pro was upgraded with a graphite chassis, graphite rear axle, bearings and the...

Yeah, I spoke to Gary McAllister and confirmed it was an MX Pro. The only upgrades from the Outlaw are the rear pod, the bearings, and the graphite axle. Chassis is the same fiberglass.
