Thanks for all the info and input everyone! I have a set of arms on the way and I'll post picks as soon as I can. Btw any way to clean up the bottom of a graphite chassis?
In your pic of the rear arm mounts looks lik need to change the hinge post to where the nut is and put the screw and nut where the outter post was to make it secure and not fly off and for the dogbone to go in and stay in lol.I got a set of alloy a&L arms only wish i had the rest to build me one up.Don
Found an old Houge car in a box i thought was long gone. All of the suspension is still there with Andy's front arms and a six gear tranny. I remember trading a 1/12th scale car for it and only running it a couple times.

It was a Houge RC10 that led me to this forum about two years ago . The first time i saw the car I had to have one, the swing arms and broad thick chassis was a thing of beauty . Since then i have managed pm everybody and anybody that might have...

Hello aakoskin
Always nice to see an other Houge!
I think you are on the right track with the 1.02 shocks. On my Houge I am using 27.5mm shocks which is very similar in length but wider at the top.
My difficulty was to eliminate the upper and...
Here's one of the builds I've been working on. It's pretty close to being the exact same car I had when I was doing VERY well in the local 2WD Stock class at JOROCC except I had a blue Litesink instead of a black one. I was consistently in the stock...

Hi all,
I found this site a little while back, I've been sitting quietly browsing and reading through a lot of threads. There's so much good info here and so far I like the vibe. Thank you all who contribute!
I'm another one of those guys who got...

Looks great! Sorry haven't been able to find those instructions.

I got infected with the vintage RC virus some years back. Over time, many cars and parts have accumulated. Now it’s time to post updates on the various projects I am working on.
Some of these projects will move slowly as I am still acquiring the...

Thanks for reaching out, what Steve says makes sense. I never made it down to R&R in Quincy when I was a kid but all the big dogs around here did and raced. I don't recall exactly when but I believe a ROAR Nat was...
Well I had a chassis in great shape and lots of pieces so I threw this together. Luckily I had a jammin rear tower cause the stock one causes the shocks to rub the stock rims. Even with the shocks leaned in its still very very close. I am using the...

Not sure how practical that is, but it sure opens up the body choices. Reminded me of this thread until I looked at this thread... then I thought Why did that remind me of this thread?? :?
Picked this up yesterday. I was actually looking for a tub car when I ran across this on Craigslist. I thought that it deserved to be rescued by someone who actually knew what it was and had some appreciation for it. Much to my suprise its actually...

Well I had finally gotten this thing back together and then I kinda lost interest. Too many other R/C projects going on I guess. Anyway here are some pics of it together. I'm gonna go ahead and post it up in the classifieds and hopefully find a good...
