Sucks, Rip Neil. This is happening 2 much at e town. Second death this year. Other was a spectator. Can't forget the Scott Kalitta crash back in '08. Sad to say, but it doesn't look good...

Damn, that's my track. Fortunately I've missed these kinds of incidents. It's a great little track, one of the older ones on the circuit.

I saw this yesterday on Yellow Bullet. For so many years they didn't have a national event there and when they finally bring it back, it's been tragic for sure. It's one track I've yet to run my car at, but I usually head there in early fall for the Shakedown at Etown race for some killer 10.5 and Drag Radial racing.
If it isn't broke, I haven't driven it yet.

sad news indeed. i love e-town and try to get there a few times a year to run my cars.
