Yeah, it is a little narrower that a B3. I have klien arms , b44 CVDS , GT carriers , B4 axle spacers on it. So it should be the same as a rc10. For now its going on the shelf until I get a body figured out for it. The B3 body won't work even if I cut down the chassis . So I think now it's the viper body. Anyway here is a pics next to the B3.
I've been kicking around running an RC10Mid type chassis on carpet since the closest track to me is an indoor carpet setup. I went with Scr8p and had a pretty good time earlier this summer, but I converted a gold pan from clay to carpet and while it...

I started with silver rears. Yes I have a number of ways to overcome, shorter springs would be the easiest way. Thanks for the tip on the ghea spacers.

Hey I found this in a search and have some questions as I'm in the process of modding my Sand Scorcher using the DF-03 slipper as well.
Did you have to swap the top gear out? I didn't even know it would come out.
While my Hunter project may come from the heart (and provides some interesting challenges), this is the build that I have been really focused on and am most excited about.
I picked up a graphite car some months ago, with the intent on just...

Resurrecting another old project thread as I have been wrapping up some long-dormant projects, I've finally gotten my graphite buggy pretty much done. I might try to track down a Protech II for it, as I'd like it to look more original, and have to...
This will be a buggy, built mostly with Blitzer Beetle parts. More or less, a Bear Hawk.
For this car, I'm using as many new parts as possible. So far, the only used parts are the red carriers and servo mounts (already had them). The electronics...

Looking good! Man I had forgotten all about the SPIKE esc. Installed of of those in a friend's car before, I think it was a super blackfoot.
What do ya'll think? I was just glossing over the piles of spare parts, I have darn near enough to assemble a whole 'nother vehicle of some kind, so the wheels started turning. Should a build a long wheel base buggy with wide front arms on a blue GT...

Well, 'bout as done as it's gonna get. Definitely a competitor for a strangest RC10 buggy contest, if such a thing existed. It's pure AE except for the RRP gears, TRX hub adapters and OFNA rear wheels.
Ok guys I just picked up a CAT which I believe is an XL. I received the car in several pieces and I know I am missing some parts for the car. I took the opportunity to tear down the drive line and look at the car since it was binding and the drag...

Looks like a looong project.
With that battery foam there, I just had flashbacks to my old yellow RC10T. I do that to this day.
