I know what your saying about the gear on the top shaft since this is the 265 conversion. The gear I used is the A-3140 NEW. iitf dropped right into the case and gear mesh is excellent. I used the very same setup on my composite Craft worlds buggy build

This one i understand, as the tops shaft I got was for stealth tranny, my question is how'd you changed the top gear of the RPM top shaft (which is smaller) and inserted the hydra shaft with the top gear of the RPM?was there a top shaft for RPM conversion for hydra? Sorry if I'm boring you guys, just that I'll be doing the same for my RC10T.

Thanks in advance,

rpm made 2 different topshafts for the 2.65 trans. one for a slipper, and one for the hydra. i think shodog might be mistaken when he says he used a losi topshaft on the truck. the a-3140 losi topshaft is for adding the hydra to a 2.25 stealth. not for the 2.65 conversion.

I used a stealth hydra shaft, and pressed the gear off-then pressed the gear off the RPM shaft and re-installed on the hydra shaft--

If you can't find the RPM Hydra shaft

I trimmed out the body today. it's really for an xxt and not a 10T so I'm going to run longer body mounts. It looks really good

Ah, i thought so too, :-) anyway thanks for the clarification scr8p and charlie don't surf. I might do the same for the gears.bur wont it affect the functionality ofnthe gears if you pressed it out/in?like
It will slip or something. Will just buy the co version first to get the clearer picture.

Thanks guys. Awesome build !!!!
